Giving

In I Corinthians 16:2 we read “On the first day of each week (planned), each of you (personal), set aside a sum of money in keeping with your income (proportionate).” Here the apostle Paul encourages followers of Jesus to practice planned (“each week”), personal (“each of you”) and proportionate giving (“in keeping with your income”).

Two realities may influence the manner in which we practice planned, personal and proportionate giving. First, we live in a mobile society. So, on many week-ends, we find ourselves out of town and away from our home church. Second, we live at a time when more and more people prefer to conduct their financial transactions electronically, rather than through written bills and checks.

In response to those developments, this page offers you the option of electronic giving. We offer it as a tool to those who prefer to conduct business electronically. We also offer it to help you practice planned, personal and proportionate giving wherever you may be on a given Sunday.
