Children

Our ministry to children is still unfolding, but this much is clear to us:

• First, we believe that parents are the front line of discipleship for their children. We thus provide resources for parents to teach their children the basic truths of Scripture.
• Second, we recognize that many of our neighboring congregations already offer successful weekday ministries. We therefore encourage our worshipers to explore a variety of recommended ministries at other churches.
• Third, we envision a Sunday morning intergenerational teaching experience to explore the basics of the faith. Traditionally, this has been called "catechism." We are determining the shape of this format to study God's Word within intergenerational small groups.
