Prayer Requests

If you have come to this page, you probably believe that there is power in prayer. That is true! While prayer is not magic, the Bible teaches that God occasionally waits to bless us until we recognize our dependence upon him and humbly turn to him in prayer. In Matthew 7:7-11 we read these words of Jesus:

"Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives; he who seeks finds; and to him who knocks, the door will be opened. Which of you, if his son asks for bread, will give him a stone? Or if he asks for a fish, will give him a snake? If you, then, though you are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father in heaven give good gifts to those who ask him!"

And there is more! The Bible also teaches that we should invite others to pray with and for us! When someone prays for us, we call that "intercessory prayer." Jesus provides the best example of this when, before heading to the cross, he prayed for those who followed him. The apostle Paul also modeled it through his life. The apostle James specifically invited those who are sick to call on the church for prayer (James 5:14).

We too follow Jesus' model and invite your prayer requests. Upon receiving them, we will forward them to our Prayer Team so each person can offer intercessory prayers for you. Email your request below or to .
